Background
As part of Development Application DA/2021/665 Queens Court
is to be pedestrianised as part of a voluntary planning agreement with the
developer Mirvac. Access is still required for Ausgrid vehicles to service a
sub-station on an intermittent basis, however no other motor vehicles will be
permitted to use the space
