It is recommended that the Committee review the reallocation of parking on the northern side of Patterson Lane, Surry Hills between the points 10 metres and 22 metres (two car spaces) east of Bourke Street as "No Parking".

Background

A resident of Patterson Lane, Surry Hills has requested consideration of "No Parking" in the lane due to repeated property damages caused by vehicles parking too close to the kerb. Additionally, larger vehicles parking in this laneway occasionally obstruct vehicle access through Patterson Lane.
