Decision details

It is resolved that:

(A)      Council approve the updated draft Outdoor Dining Guidelines shown at Attachments B and C to the subject report, for public exhibition;

(B)      Council note that following engagement, a subsequent report to Council will set out an implementation plan including costs for the roll-out of footpath extensions; and

(C)      authority be delegated to the Chief Executive Officer to make minor amendments, corrections or design improvements to the updated draft Outdoor Dining Guidelines, to prepare them for public exhibition.
