Recommendation

It is recommended that the Forum review the reallocation of parking on the southern side of Forsyth Street, Glebe between the points 2.8 metres and 17.2 metres (5 car spaces) east of Taylor Street as "2P Ticket 8am-6pm" and "90 Degree Angle Parking Rear To Kerb".

Background

The City has reviewed parking operations in Forsyth Street, Glebe and identified that there is low turn-over of occupancy in the parking spaces adjacent the Glebe Foreshore Walk. The City has also received complaints about abandoned vehicles in the area and lack of access for deliveries and trades to nearby apartment buildings.
